David L. Lawrence Convention Center Green Roof
Located in downtown Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, the David L. Lawrence Convention Center was the first “green” convention center in the world and was awarded the Gold LEED® certification by the US Green Building Council. With the addition of the green roof completed by Eisler Landscapes and Cuddy Roofing in 2011, this landmark building continues to be an inspiration for the future of building in our region and beyond.

The roof plantings include many types of sedum and meadow plants. Drip irrigation lines were installed for plant establishment and can be used for maintainence if needed. We were honored to be involved in improving this great regional amenity.
